Ranch House / Banquet Hall
This indoor facility is approximately 1,700 square feet comprised of two main rooms with an attached warming kitchen. The two main rooms will seat about 120 people at round tables of eight people each. In addition, there are two dressing rooms that are included in the rental. Patios and walkways wrap around the north and east side of the Ranch House and are a great spot for dancing and/or caterers. Beyond the patios and walkways, there is a large grass area that is included in the rental. The building contains men’s and women’s restrooms. This building has heating and air conditioning. Parking is nearby.

Area 1A
This area is fenced and well-shaded with capacity for approximately 125 people. It is close to parking, horse shoe pits and restrooms. The area has barbeques and a water fountain. This site is immediately adjacent to Gibson Lake. Children’s play structures are within easy walking distance.

Area 1B – 1C – 1D
These areas are designed for smaller parties of up to fifteen to twenty people, though they can be rented as a whole. Each area contains individual tables and barbeques. Close to parking, horse shoe pits and restrooms. This area contains a tot lot which is available for use by anyone in the park.

Area 2A
These three tables are ideally located at the northeast corner of Gibson Lake. The site is close to parking, restrooms, horse shoe pits and the large children’s play area. There are four small barbeques and a drinking fountain immediately adjacent to the picnic tables. The tables sit under large oak trees and are very well-shaded. This site has a capacity of approximately fifty people.

Area 2B
This green roofed structure is designed for a party of twenty to thirty people. There are three tables with seating for about twenty five people. There is a barbeque immediately adjacent to the tables. This site is close to parking and restrooms. It is also near the large children’s play area and horse shoe pits.

This site contains eleven tables that will seat approximately 225 people. There are three large barbeques and a preparation table immediately adjacent to the picnic tables. This site is close to parking, restrooms, the large children’s play area and horse shoe pits.

Scattered Sites
Scattered throughout the park are picnic tables that can be reserved or, if not reserved, are available on a first come – first served basis. These tables are located around Gibson Lake, in Area 2 and in Area 3. These tables generally seat about fifteen or twenty people.
Notes
Other than at the Ranch House, there is no electricity available at any of the picnic sites throughout the park.
