Outdoor Weddings

For many Sacramento residents, Gibson Ranch Park holds many fond memories of nature walks, swimming, and the enormous shade trees. It makes sense to get married in your favorite spot at Gibson Ranch. We have three main areas in the park that provide shade, parking, and restrooms for your outdoor wedding. Large wedding tents fit nicely in our maintained, open fields. The trees, lake, and pastures create the perfect backdrop for your wedding photos after the ceremony.

Country Cabins

If you have always wanted a rustic wedding destination complete with an open fire pit and country cabins, then a wedding at the cabins is a great option for your special day. Located next to one of our many horse pastures this site offers abundant photo opportunities. Fully landscaped with large trees for shade and an open fire pit; the cabins provide the perfect end to a massive day of celebrating, walk to your cabin rental for a good night’s rest!!

Ranch House

The Ranch House* at Gibson Ranch is a more formal wedding venue option with wedding packages available. The Ranch House offers five rooms- bridal quarters, groom’s quarters, caterers’ kitchen(large warming oven, commercial refrigerator, triple sink, and a microwave oven), and two larger rooms are perfect for cocktails, food service, dancing, or seating. The Ranch House is approximately 700 square feet in the small room, large room 1050 square feet. It seats 120 with tables and chairs, assembly 354 guests. The outdoor patio allows for additional seating, a dance floor, the ceremony, or anything you can dream up. There is a large lawn surrounding the Ranch House if you would prefer to get married outdoors. You can choose to have a very simple or extravagant wedding, and the possibilities are endless at the Ranch House.
